Just noticed that Caesars (as well as the rest of Harrahs casinos)
seems to be avoiding promos for March. My Total Rewards magazine
offers for Winter ended in February, and the Spring offers start on
4/1. Of course, I'm already booked for 3/20-3/25. Oh well, in life,
timing is everything
