Your 2005 play at Caesars will be converted to Harrah's system, but it
may take some effort on your part. I finally have all my Connection
Club comps transferred and my tier level adjusted (I had virtually no
Harrahs play last year).
Follow the customer service link on the Total Rewards website and keep
e-mailing them until they have your play properly rated. Look at your
gaming diary and mention the specific dates you played at Caesars.
Providing them with estimates of daily coin-in are helpful, too.
