A reliable source at Harrah's Atlantic City told us today that it's official. As part of Caesars new Total Rewards set-up, Seven Stars card holders will be able to cash in their comps for free play at a rate of 1 1/4 to 1 starting April 1."
Does anyone know if the rate will change for Diamond card holders?
