When I walked through on Tues. I saw a $ deuce with a 15/10 paytable-
-in between NSUD and UD. I looked quickly, so I can't be sure that
the bottom of the paytable was 4/4/3/2/1. It was in the Palace
Casino where the NSUD used to be.

the rest being NSUD. Most likely the rest of the schedule is FPDW with
the quads reduced to 4. That game is 94.91% and common on Indian
reservations. (I have also seen it at Harrah's when they owned the
East Chicago IN property.)
Indeed Caesars has had the 15-10-4-4-3-2-1 game which runs at 99.4%

Deuces paytable, at 95%.
There is an IGT 15-10-4-4 paytable, but I've only seen it at Class II
Indian casinos-in other words, it only looks like 99.4%.
