Perhaps CP changed the denoms to $5 and up to make that entire area a
high limit one( just like the room adjacent to it ), and perhaps( very
wishful thinking) will change some machines on the floor to lower
limit FPJacks.
OR......
Caesars still thinks of itself as one of the "elite" casinos on the
Strip.In my opinion that might have been true twenty years ago but is
no longer. However, they do alot of their business still based on
name rather than substance. So as re VP they are taking the position
of alot of the other "elites" ( Wynn perhaps being the exception), and
only offering halfway decent VP paytables at higher limits.
