Caesars Entertainment Implements New Locals Self-Parking Policy Starting
November 2, 2017

LAS VEGAS (October 27, 2017) - Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ:
CZR) today announced an updated plan for its self-parking policy at seven of
its Las Vegas properties.

Beginning on November 2, Nevada residents will be charged to park at Caesars
Palace, Paris Las Vegas, Bally's Las Vegas, The Cromwell, Flamingo Las
Vegas, The LINQ Hotel & Casino and Harrah's Las Vegas. Parking will remain
free at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and for all Total Rewards loyalty
members rated Platinum and above. Parking at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet
Hollywood Resort & Casino will also remain free, for the time being.

The new pricing structure is detailed below, and is intended to improve the
parking experience for guests and Total Rewards loyalty program members who
stay and play at Caesars Entertainment properties.

"Starting November 2 we will begin charging Nevada residents to park at
seven of our Las Vegas properties. We have noticed an uptick in people
coming to our properties only to park," said Richard Broome, Executive Vice
President of Public Affairs and Communications. "This has limited the
availability of self-parking for our actual customers - especially during
concerts and sporting events taking place elsewhere on the Las Vegas Strip."

All guests who enter our parking garages are afforded a 60 minute grace
period before parking rates apply. Valet rates are not impacted by this
change.

Listed below are the self-parking rates that will apply to all guests -
including Nevada residents - starting November 2, 2017 at seven of the
company's Las Vegas properties.
