Caesars AC Simon CArd Stupidity

I withdrew 270,000 points for $2k in Simon Visa Cards on Sept. 30th.
This was approved by host and TR center.

Transaction was rejected (with no notice to me; I only discovered
rejection when I realized that points were placed back in my account).

I asked Caesars to instead issue $2K in Macys cards at the Sept. rate
since rejection of Simon transaction was their decision. They had the
audacity to tell me that they could only issue me Macys cards at the
new 2:1 rate, case closed!!!!!

If this is how they treat a 245,000 YTD base point 7* player, imagine
how the rest are treated!
