I received this offer online for two free nights and $200, 11/19
through 11/26/06.
However, no mailed invited was ever received. Does anyone know if you
need a written invite to collect the $200?

I got this same offer in the mail a few days ago been on line offer for much longer so most likely will get the mailed offer

I received this offer yesterday. Give it some time. It does read, "must
present certificate along with your photo ID and Caesars Palace hotel
registration card in order to redeeem this offer." It also has two blank
spaces for "Staff Signature." Given this and the fact that it is redeemed
directly at casino cashier, I'm guessing that you're gonna need the hard
copy for this particular offer. I have used other Harrah's offers where the
small print indicated that the mailer was required, but it really wasn't
even looked at while redeeming. Wife and I redeemed a couple of GCs last
week and no offer was necessary for redemption.
