cab fare

Cab fare in Vegas always depends on traffic and construction. Our
experience is that fare should be in the $18-$25 range before tip.
Even though right next door, allow another $5 to get to Palazzo as
they always go the long way around. Tell the driver "no tunnel ... no
highway ". They should go north on Swenson out of the airport but
might give you grief about your choice. Remember that at tip time. A
pleasant and cooperative driver usually gets a $5 tip from us, but
that's a personal choice and by no means a convention or rule. On the
reverse trip to the airport Paradise is a straight shot south to the
airport. Any other route is a " long haul " which is prohibited and
can be reported to Vegas Taxi Authority @ 702-668-4000.

Does it have to be a cab? You can take a shuttle from the airport for a lot less, but it will take a little longer.
Just use one of the bigger company's, like Grey Line. My wife and I took a smaller one once, and it was a disaster!
