between you. Isn't that admitting that cigars STINK?
There is a very big difference between smoking cigars and puffing on them. Smoking them properly, there is not much smoke and it disperses rather quickly. If you start puffing on them, you can create your own fog bank and it can be quite annoying to other people near you, which is the idea.
