Ah, all the world's accumulated scientific knowledge cannot match what is
"known to the State of California." You can walk into a chocolate shop in
Geneva (that's over there with them furriners...........near France), buy a
box of chocolate and open it to discover that the particular combination of
ingredients in that chocolate is "known by the State of California to cause
kidney failure in pregnant chipmunks when consumed at a rate greater than 44
times each day."
Well it must be comforting to all u Californians that even though you're 20
(30?) odd billion bucks in the hole, at least the money's been well spent on
scientific research.
