I belive MsVPFree reported that the "write-up" on this month's promo did not
have the requirement to swipe the day of the drawing.
However, as you swipe on any of the other days to get the extra drawing
credit and/or check your number of entries, that kiosk screen does say that you
must swipe the day of the drawing.
The crowd last night was nothing compared to the chaos the week before.

Today Palms posted a sign by the swipe kiosks stating that swipes are
required on each drawing day prior to 6:45 PM to be eligable for that
night's drawing. While I dislike the requirement, I applaud the Palms
for clarifying the matter.
