I've seen them crack the eggs for the omelets. Do you realize that
eggbeaters is just egg whites with coloring added??

Really? My husband is very conscious of this and said he saw them come out
of a container. Sometimes an omelet mix is made of powdered eggs. Maybe they
were pouring for eggwhite omelets. I hope you are correct.
