Brad Health + a little VP

Brad had a heart attack today - but is resting well tonight after an
angiogram
(sp?) and angioplasty and two stents put in an artery that was blocked in
two places. He is in intensive care now at Valley Hospital, hooked up to
miles of wiring and all sorts of monitors. Tomorrow he will have an echo
cardiogram to measure the extent of the damage to the heart muscles - they
think not much. Of course, we are hopeful of that too.

He is in good spirits and even cracking jokes with the nurses - said he hit
an $8000 royal at Terrible's last night but that must not have been lucky
enough - they say you get lucky just before you die and he's not ready to do
that yet. So he is looking forward to much bigger jackpots!!!

I will post an update daily - but I may not have time to answer all my
e-mail.

Very sorry to hear of this news. We've never met, but I sort of feel
as though I know you and Brad from all of those Travel Channel
shows. Two of my friends here at work just recently had heart
attacks late last year, and they are both back at work and doing
fine. I hope Brad's recovery goes just as well. Good luck.
