So here’s a strange one. My wife had 150 tier credits after the August conversion so it wasn’t worthwhile playing on her card so she didn’t. I looked the other day and she now has 773 tier credits and has Sapphire card status. Does anyone know what’s going on here??

I have the same question. I had 500 or so after our last trip in September, and I logged in the other day in preparation for our upcoming trip, and now I’m at 811 and am a Sapphire! What???
