Looks like the Boyd "locals" properties (Suncoast, Gold Coast, Orleans and Sam's Town) have reverted back to having each property send mailers. For February, I received seperate mailers from Gold Coast and Suncoast.

Apparently not for everybody. I still got a combined February mailer with a Gold Coast emphasis.
