Were these the kind of offers that get your attention or just a comp or casino rate room?
I have gotten nothing but meet your criteria although my play at the Orleans and Sams Town is more than "some small play".

At 1st I got nothing from the Stardust, then I got a few discounted
mid week rates. Then nothing again.
After getting and using the Borgata card I got the discounted mid week
rates again. After getting the Borgata black. I got enough mail from
The Dust to start my own paper recycling business, I also got good
(not great) offers from other Boyd / Coast props that I have never set
foot in.
However, having never used the offers and letting the black card go
back to red I have seen the offers dwindle to the mid week offers
every few months. The Borgata still sends me a ton of stuff however.
Other people I have spoken too have had similar but not the same
things happen to them. This is what makes it difficult to determine.
Other people have had totally different offers or none at all. My
friend who is a more regular player at the Borgata gets NO offers from
any other Boyd property. But he does visit the ones in LV at least
once every 6 months so they know he exists and what his budget is.
