Boy, y'all guys really hate Harrahs, don't you?

Granted, you can get some nice room offers from Harrah's marketing - but -
the VP there is absolutely horrible. They've made it clear that they aren't
interested in having serious VP players in their casinos. I remember a quote
from a Harrah's bigwig, stating that if a player knows that the VP is awful, then
that's exactly the type of player they don't want anyway. Since that's the
type of player that inhabits VPfree, you can understand the general dislike for
Harrah's.

I guess I'll try to keep my comments more VP oriented from now on, which shouldn't be hard since I love the game! When I suggested that Harrah's had some good comps, I DID preface it by saying that I didn't know what their VP selection was! I didn't know I was going to bring down the wrath of the whole group!

Cat… What we are trying to say is that if enough people avoid their lousy VP, they might just improve it???

Actually, Harrahs comp system is about the worst out there, depending
on the market, about .2% to .3% total cash and comps, a couple of good
things are, if you watch all thier promotions and sometimes you can
get 2 or 3 at the same time it is possible to get those numbers up
MUCH higher. Also your comps do follow you from property to property,
which is pretty nice for most people.
