optimum banks at boulder have a sign that says no bounce back...is this appearing at the other station properties???
They use th ewords "no bounceback" on the machines?

Yes, I remember seeing that there about a year ago. I remember coming home and saying, "Gee, the term "bounceback" is mainstream now". I believe there was a little metal plate on the machines and it may have been engraved, I don't remember exactly, but it said "this machine not eligible for bounceback". Just like that.
