Hi!
I am just wondering. Has anyone verified whether cash back at Bossier City Horseshoe is still
0.25%, or has it been cut back to 0.125% as it has at Tunica Horseshoe.
Thanks.

Thank you, James! I will be very interested in what you find. Hopefully this sort of "cut"
has not made it the the 'Shoe in Bossier City.
We've not been there for a while, but it is always a nice place to visit and I would like to
think that things have not changed.

CB was unchanged this weekend. Diamond Lounge still had good liquor and
food, although there were no coldcuts. The diamond lounge is what I
most like about this casino. One of the barkeeps intimated that the
good liquor might be coming to an end.
Ate the breakfast buffet at Harrah's on Saturday. They say they only
serve breakfast 2 days a week in the buffet. What they call breakfast
is not edible. The only decent thing I had was cold cereal in a box.
The buffet was free and I still wanted my money back!!

Thank you. It looks like a good news/bad news situation, but , mostly not so good news.
I do like your comment about wanting your money back even though the breakfast buffet
was free. Both my wife and I were never thrilled about the HS breakfast buffet, and would
usually opt for breakfast in the coffee shop (although that is nothing to write home about
either). As you say, the only thing going for any breakfast at the HS is that it is free (or, at
least free with the use of TR points, that is).

The breakfast buffet is pretty bad. We usually eat at the coffee shop also. The food is better, but the service is generally so slow and poor that we end up getting upset anyway. I do use my hard earned points to "pay" for the meals, so I don't feel too bad about complaining.

Hey BL,
Here is my Trip report:
We didn't get a quad so the VP Tourney was a Bust! But we did hit a
RF on the quarter Triple Plays (JB) on the second desk. Kind of
caught me by surprise! We won almost the same amount as if we had won
the Tourney. Not bad.... not GREAT, but not a throw back either!
Lol! After we got through earning the remainder of my Diamond card
points we played on the wife's card to get her offers bumped up. We
hit a Quad on the $5 JB game in the High Limit area and managed to
win a few hundred on a couple of slot ( all on her card ) here and
there. That made for a winning trip! So naturally I wanted to keep
playing... we were winning? But, someone wanted to take the money and
run.... Happy Wife..... Happy life! We left! Lol!
Here is the cash back low down:
I think it is altogether possible that they HAVE dropped their cash
back rate to .00125?
I played 923 points and the scrolling message said $21?
If I had 923 point times $20 cash in = $18,460 times .0025 equals
$46.15... not $21?
$18,460 times .00125 equals $23.075, closer to the $21 that the meter
showed? Given, I may have missed a few dollars in here or there and I
didn't check with the booth, Sorry.... I should have! But, the
results are very suspicious!?? If they have, I guess I be changing
casinos again...Back to the Eldorado? We may be back over there next
week? I will check with the booth for sure then?
If I am mistaken, please someone correct this! Would they tell us
over the phone?
James

James & Ann
Hey! Thanks, James! Yes, it is always nice to "win". Congratulations!
But, it is, indeed, bad news that the cut of cashback at HS/BC has taken place, as it has
elsewhere. Cet la vie!
For us, the family will be spending Thanksgiving weekend at CP/LV.

Sorry BL....I was wrong!
As you can read "sarahmukasa10" corrected me, Im glad someone was
watching! I guess I was expecting it so much, that I made it happen!
It may happen yet, but for now it's same ole, same ole!
Sorry to everyone! Just goes to show, we still need to check things
out for ourselves! Now to reply to Harrah's, later VP nuts!

Well, a tip o' the hat and a hearty thanks to both James and Sara. It is nice to hear that the
HS cash-back is still 0.25%.
