Howdy

For some unknown reason they have removed the tray portion of some upright VP machines . I asked a nearby tech why the removal. First he said they were coin trays and they are no longer coin dispensing machines. Then he said people were using them for ash trays. I said they were using the floor also..were they going to remove it ?

I feel the tech was only guessing at his answers. Is this going on at any other casino? Why do YOU think the reason may be?

Some may disagree, but I like them "off". I think they get in the way.

At Mohegan Sun they have covered most of the slant top machine trays where the coins use to come out because people were using it as an ashray. Plus most of the new games don't even come with trays.
