I received a Borgata mailing out of the blue yesterday. I had not
been there since last winter. When Borgata opened, they offered me
a free room and some cash on my card for joining their slot club ( I
guess from MGM or Boyd play). I stayed one night, and played AA
and 9/6 @ the BBar and I figured did not qualify for more comps.
This mailer is for October = $39 weekday room rate and two $20 free
slot play seesions will be put on my slot card, plus some show
tickets.
Does anyone know if these $20 sessions include video poker?
I guess this offer came from my play last summer @ MSS & Sam's town.
I hope the news on FPDW @ MSS is unfounded, but no shock the way rude
players dominate those machines. They hassle scratch card attendents
and sit grimly for hours with strategy cards out ( despite playing
for years) , sometimes with head phones on. One couple would shut
the machines down while they ate the buffet. Often seats were vacant
but held for friends.
