Borgata/best vp in ac

True, there are some 9/6 JOB machines at the Borgata outside the high limit area however those machines have $1 and $2 thus they earn comp dollars and slot dollars at a lower rate so I consider them not as desirable to play.

I dont know if they're still there, because I play quarter's. There are a couple more bank's of machine's with 9/6 JOB in quarter's in that same area near the buffet. I find I get better stuff from other casinos' in town, but if your happy at the Borgota, that's your call. Ned C. Where did the information come from about $2.00 machines earning comp
dollars and slot dollars at a lower rate. I would like to know more about
this.

Personal experience.

It's been a little over a half dozen months since I've taken a
measurement (one was enough for me), but I'd call the cb/comps on the
machines adjacent to the high limit area (Rialto?) and tables about
25% less than that I was earning in the former non-smoking area.

thanks for this information. i will check it out more
thoroughly in early june when i am there...do you
think it is worth asking a host or a bothling if
indeed this is true??

First, you won't EVER find an intelligent answer to a cb/comp rate
question from floor personnel when those rates are variable and not
posted (as in x points for $y coin-in).

Second, merely asking a question in which you signal that you might
notice that different machines offer different benefits is flagging
yourself as a player who's less desirable than one who is clueless of
those things. For that matter, unless there's strong reason to do
otherwise, you don't want to even give a hint that you've noticed
there's a difference in paytable from one machine to another.

I once was strugging over getting time on a machine that the current
occupant was often leaving unplayed for 15-20 minutes at a time. A
security guard offered up what is likely the best attitude to convey
-- "I don't know what your problem is ... all these machines pay out
about the same ..."

If you want hard info on casino games, just keep your ear to the
ground and offer up good (which means, among other things, judicious)
companionship in the casino to the regulars around you who are likely
"in the know".

Good skills back in your playground days pretty much hold over to your
casino play. As far as that goes, nothing weighs in more strongly
than demonstrated discretion and judgement. There's a bit of "better
to be thought a fool than proved one" ... I run afoul of that from
time to time
