Not stepping foot inside a casino sounds a little extreme;-) Red Rock
Canyon, Mt. Charleston, and Valley of Fire are easy day or half day excursions and
can leave plenty of time for 8 hours pushing buttons. I saw VOF for the first
time last May. It was quite literally breath taking. Think of it as an RF
for the soul:-)
