Books and other sources of info

What is surprising is that his earlier book Guerrilla Gambling has a very
accurate basic strategy for FPDW (and KBJW and 9-6 jacks) but Victory at VP
is just awful!

Be careful with the "Victory" book. If I remember correctly it has you
saving two pair in the Full Pay Deuces Wild game, which is incorrect.

Start with the links on the vpFREE site for good info. The wizard's site

I sure appreciate this information. I don't know much about Deuces Wild strategy, or any strategy for that matter, although I did know enough not to hold two pair. Is any part of the book worth paying attention to?

The strategy I have worked hardest on is JOB, using Roger Feming's book _Win_At_Video_Poker_. What do you all think of that one? Is it still worth buying _Guerrilla_Gambling_?

How about this online source for Joker Wild strategy, http://www.slotadvisor.com/joker-wild.html?

I have eliminated any poker links from my bookmarks that I didn't learn about from vpfree; you folks are great!

Do you guys have either Frugal VP or WinPoker software, it will teach
you very quickly how to play almost any popular game. I dont know
Frugal because I have WinPoker, but they are very simular and you can
change the payscale to match your local games exactly and you can plug
in exact cards to see what the correct choice is. They are invaluble
tools, I believe Frugal also prints a strategy card (but check on
that) WinPoker does not and the complementary software is VPSM video
poker strategy master, that prints the strategy for most games. It is
particularly nice if you run into a high royal flush you want to
chase, just plug in the RF value and run a new card and you are in
business. Just think in a few months (or sooner) you can be going
crazy like the rest of us...... you can laugh now
