I'm a low level diamond (diad)without a host and wanting to reserve a
room at Paris to arrive on March 25. The only rates quoted over the
phone are casino rates...no offers yet out for March. Considering this
will be NCAA should I wait until March offers are received or should I
try a host. My base casino is Caesars...any advice would be
appreciated. Anyone care to suggest a host?

I'd take the casino rate and if an offer does arrive , switch to the offer. If you put in over 20K/day coin in, I'd speak to any host on checkout, and they should pick up the rest.
