Bonus Deuces Strategy

On page 71 of Dan Paymar's "Video Poker Optimum Play" there is the strategy for Sam's Town Bonus Deuces.

In a week I'll be at Sam's Town and I'd like to get get a copy of the
optimal strategy for their bonus dueces. I have Strategy Master, but I
don't see a way to have it generate the strategy for that particular
game, which appears to be a combination of bonus poker and dueces
wild.

Using Strategy Master, adjust the pay schedule in the Deuces Wild
paytable to generate the strategy.
