So is this "no play" at any Coast or each Coast? In other words, if you only
play at 2 of them "actively," you may have a decent shot at the other 2 if
you haven't played them in a year or 2?

  Yes. You'll have the best chance at properties you haven't played at in 2012 but you have played at sometime in 2008-2011. But "best chance" is still infinitessimally small. It's not worth the time and gas unless you'll be at the property anyway for some reason. It's a holiday weekend and their hotels will be full. If you have a room there, it's probably worth it to put your card in a machine to check. Bob
