Actually Stanford Wong VP (1991) handled the sequential (but did not handle
kickers or deuce games where the ST and FL did not pay the same. NSU for
example.) This program did not compute game payback and it's sister program
VPEXACT that did do that did not handle kickers but did handle separate
values for three of a kinds. Did not have the DW problem above. It did not
handle sequential but did allow different values by suit.
