I played at both casinos in Monte Carlo on 9-13-2001.
The Grand Casino had an entrance fee of 50 Francs (7+/- Francs = 1$ US),
gentlemen had to wear jackets & ties, and gambling started 7 or 8 PM.
I played at the American Casino in the afternoon, no fee, wore shorts
and collared knit shirt, sandals, and hit my 2nd ever RF playing JoB.
The payoff was $1,500+ US, I did not have full Franc coin-in but if I
did I would have won $17,000+ US. I had just started playing VP in July,
2001, so I wasn't too knowledgeable and was confused by the currency
exchange. They paid me 11,000+ Francs, I did not have my passport but
they finally did accepted my NJ Drivers License.
