Bob Dancer's CasinoGaming Column - 4 APR 2006

From: "Bob Dancer" <bob.dancer@compdance.com>
Obtaining a significant bankroll over time isn't that hard,
if you're truly an expert.

Agreed, if the fates have been as kind, as it has to you and me. On the other hand, if incessant misfortune strikes you or your family (huge medical bills, unexpected layoffs, relatives dying and leaving you their children to care for, etc), your bankroll may be devoured faster than you can build it.

Numerous writers about video poker have NOT been successful players.

I did not know that. Who? The only gaming writer I know of that is a persistent loser at video poker (or, at least, the only one who admits it!) is our good friend Anthony Curtis. (Anthony just plain doesn't get anywhere near his share of royals.) I still give "Couponomy" a read in the LVA.<G>
