Yes, that one was obvious. I also thought Q4 was a little strange. Why
ask:

Q4: Under what conditions is it better to hold one high card than two?

as that appears to indicate that there are some conditions. Instead I
would think it would be better to ask "are there any conditions ... ?".
And, if you want to be very strict then the answer is not "never",
there are many conditions ... For example, variations of JT98 and
another high card (Ace or King) where they would be tossed and you
would end up holding only one high card (the question doesn't restrict
non-high cards). There are several others as well. The problem when you
phrase a question this way is that it looks like a trick question which
opens it up to many interpretations.
