I too used to be one of the "thrify" players. One of my favorite casinos (non Vegas) I kept a larger cash back balance- in case I had a bad run or if my bankroll was low. Such was the case, and I asked for my cash back- it was exactly half of what I had expected. After talking to the slot club manager, I found they indeed had cut it in half. Her response was- " Yes we have received a lot of complaints about this." Well, lesson learned (expensive), I cash out the end of every trip now.
