  I noticed you wrote these rules in the way I prefer, which is the reverse perspective of your strategy card. I discussed this in a previous post (message #61412). As I said, it's one of those "6 of one, half a dozen of the other" things - either way gets you there. I find this way a little clearer than listing when *not* to hold the outside straight.
