Good article on how to deal with situations where boothlings give you
grief. I hope Bob will follow with a column on how to cope when
management fails to live up to the casino's word.

I'm batting near 0 there and have come to regard casino management's
attitude to players as being on par with a farmer slopping his pigs.
(Admittedly, a few players live up to that image.)

It was a good article however, most of us would not know some of the
management so we could not just stop them. We would keep be put off
until the drawing was over and that would be that.
