So long as there is at least one game on the machine that is 100%+,
I don't have a problem with it. Remember, that "100%+" only applies
to players who use optimum playing strategy (or close enough to
optimum). And of course, optimum strategy begins with choosing a
beatable game!
There's no clear winner in this situation. If there are multiple
games (say ten games) in the machine, and only one game has a return
that is over 100%, I would say that is misleading. In the same vien,
when I was asking Sigma Game for over 100% return game for Ten Seven
Poker(TM), I could have easily designed a paytable that is 100.01%
and tell everyone the game is over 100% (no, I can't disclose the
actual return). But, that's my conscience at work.
IMHO, I think the primarily purpose of the Bob Dancer picture is to
convene the message that these are games Bob would play [and included
with other goodies would return over 100%].
Cheers.
