Finally broke down and purchased win poker. Down loaded it and every
time I deal a hand the only cards that show up are face cards. Not
the full face card just the upper right corner K Q or J. Please help.
Going to LV in 2 weeks and after 4 or 5 years of playing so so VP I
want the
best chance I can get.

Weird! First thing I would try would be simply to reinstall it. Then
if that didn;t work, contact the Zamzows through their web site -
