I will say, though, that it is not a one-way street between Dan and me.
Dan has made his share of anti-Dancer provocative remarks along the way.

DAN'S REMARKS ARE ALWAYS IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REMARKS. THEY PALE IN
COMPARISON TO THE SUPER TRASHING YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM ROB SINGER FOR
MANY YEARS NOW. SINGER IS THE UNDISPUTED KING ON ANTI-DANCER
COMMENTS.
YET NEVER A RESPONSE FROM YOU. YOUR RESPONSE TO MY POST IS A CLEAR
EXAMPLE. ONCE AGAIN YOU HAVE FAILED TO REFER TO SINGER IN EVEM A
VEILED FASHION.
SO LET ME MODIFY MY ORIGINAL QUESTION LEAVING DAN PAYMAR OUT OF IT.

One of the advantages of Dan's advanced age is he now has a very
forgetful nature. Anyone who has been on vpFREE for very long knows that
Dan has posted numerous negative items about me and my work here, not to
mention several quite negative remarks in his own publication. I'd be
happy to document what I am saying, but doing it here will get me
restricted or banished.
I understand that others on this site hold Dan's work in much higher
regard than I hold it. These people have a right to their opinion, and I
hope I'm entitled the right to mine. Whether or not I'm on Mickey's
fighting side, I believe that Dan's work is sufficiently flawed that the
player community should know of these shortcomings --- whether or not
these criticisms are popular on vpFREE. I do NOT published these things
on vpFREE. And most of the readers of my column are NOT participants on
vpFREE. Others choose to criticize me here for what I have written
elsewhere.
Those who criticize me for pointing out Dan's deficiencies (primarily
NOT on vpFREE) might want to consider whether I'm qualified to evaluate
the accuracy of strategies, the number of times that someone publishes
the same article over and over again, and how many times items are
simply copied from other sources. And if you do find I am qualified to
make these judgements, you might want to consider that what I charge him
with is probably true --- whether you personally like him or not ---
whether you personally like me or not.
I honestly believe that I have never published anything untrue or unfair
about Dan --- whether others agree with this or not --- whether others
accuse me of lacking human compassion or not. And I also honestly
believe that he has written/published numerous things that are untrue
and/or unfair about me.
Please note that I did NOT start this thread.
