Does anyone have any info on the upcoming classes at GT such as cost,
are they worthwhile, etc? I read over on the main board that Dancer is
giving clases there on 4/8 and 4/9. I;m wondering if I should sign up
or not as I'm trying to imrpove my VP skills.
Bob Dancer Classes on JOB
I answered my own question on the classes at Greektown, they're free
but restricted to VIP members only. Figures I only occasionally play
craps there and decided not toplay VP there after they banned several
players years ago. It looks like they're loosening up again. Seems I
heard Golden Nugget is doing the same thing in Vegas now or at least
they've barred several of my crapshooting acquaintances. Sounds like
that place is going downhill fast.

Mr. Dancer, whether anyone will admit it or not, is already up
there in "Legend" status. His name is synonymous with video poker.
When I think of video poker, his name is the first to come to mind.
Meeting him, let alone attending one of his classes, is the
equivalent of meeting a gambling rock star.
Of course, he's no VP Pappy, but the kid does try hard. Here's a
couple of his quotes out of my file.
"Correct play at video poker is very much like an open-book math
test. Every hand is a problem with 32 possible answers...and (almost
always) one unique best answer."
--Bob Dancer
"I believe that investing in the intelligent playing of video
poker is far safer and less risky course than investing in the stock
market."
--Bob Dancer
"Players who say they primarily play just for fun, by the large,
are losing players."

Has everyone been aware of the 9-6 JoB in the game makers in the vp-room of Greek town?
Must be because Bob will be HERE.
Am going down to try them this evening.

Preston;
The Ally between the restaurants and Casino is East and West.
The double escalator and stairway run East to West.
At the top you turn right, you are going north and straight past the bar and over the bridge into the vproom , the wall to your right is the East wall in that room.
The room to the left is the Game Maker room and continue next to that are the two poker rooms.
I don't use the bridge with the steps as my knees hurt to much and use the ramps instead.
The vip valet entrance is on the East end Fishbones is to the West, Monroe Ave is to the North.
The narrow escalater at the west is outside of the casino and is for the people mover and fast way to the poker room.
Really not that bad once you remember Monroe and Fishbones and vip valet.
