Paymar has different strategies in his Precision Play rules and his
appendix in the back. The appendix strategy, which you summarize, is far
more accurate than his Precision Play rules. It is his Precision Play
rules that he claims Jazbo has "certified" as being within 0.01%.
It's true that the hand rank table is a bit less optimized (simplified) than the Precision Play rules, but ...
It's a fact that jazbo evaluated the Precision Play rules and showed that they did indeed yield closer than 0.01% of perfect play. The last time this came up, Skip Hughes dug jazbo's post out of his archives. Will Bob now claim that Skip is part of some fraud?
