From what I am seeing here, it looks like our friend Bob is cashing in at
both ends- selling software to players and helping casinos strengthen their
bottom lines at the expense of players.
Actually, that's smart but it seems that his loyalties are definitely
divided.

I'm not really weighing in one way or the other, but to me it doesn't seem like Bob's loyalties ARE divided. He's being consistently loyal to Bob.
