Not that anyone cares, but I could not find the FPDW at Boardwalk
today. Only very short Deuces games in multigame machines. So I
walked up the street and played at one of the machines at the Trop
next to the insanity-inducing '50 for 20 slot deal.' Signed up,
played, broke dead even and got my free t shirt and Rick Thomas and
Folies Bergeres tickets. Will never go back to play.
That has got to be the least pleasant spot to play FPDW I've ever
experienced...the endless, VERY VERY LOUD barking of the casino
shillers trying to get tourists to play the slot scam game and said
tourists all shuffling around right next to you trying to figure out
whether to take the "deluxe designer watch set" or the "decorative
throw rug" after they lose their $20.
I know, I know...why on Earth would anyone bother playing there?
