Terry it sounds like you had a GREAT time at the festivalwith the weather
being absolutely
perfect for the occasion too. Did you have any luck in your VP play during
that time, or
did you even get a CHANCE to play...you were so busy between the blackjack
tourney and
the festival. I'll have to try and make it down there for Blues and Brews
one of these times.
And BTW, happy birthday if it was recent.I was in Reno the same time you were in Laughlin and managed to get a
RF...only my third
and all of them have been in Reno so far. Last Saturday I took a bus ride to
see Vantage
Point because it wasn't playing in town. Then I went a bit further to the
Atlantis. Broke
even in VP but managed to walk away with $75 profit playing BJ. Then rode
back into
town, stepped into the Eldorado, played there for about 1/2 hr or 45 minutes
when it hit.
Hadn't gotten any quads or any incling it was coming. Just some full houses
and flushes
to keep me going. Then bang...it was dealt to me in hearts.

Dealt to you huh? Get ready for a long drought. My last quarter royal was
on the old coin-clunking "Multi-Game" uprights at EW. That was June 5, 2005.
It was dealt to me.
Weather- on Saturday it was above 80 degrees, but the wind was howling all
day.
Music- What's "Vantage Point"?
