Blast from the past - when RIO was a top ten VP casino 1994

Looking back at my VP library I see that Bob Dancer writes a super article 17 years ago in the Video Poker Times. Oh the good old days when solid info was everywhere, and casino's lumped us VP players with dumb slot players...before frugal was widespread....

"The Rio has fourteen 2nd Chance Progressives machines -- ten for quarters, and four for dollars -- Just outside
Sonny's Deli. With very few changes from standard Jacks-or-Better strategy, these machines frequently offer over 101%
payback, and they can reach 105% or more if the progressive counter is high enough.... etc"

It was an amazing time. Every casino had something going. I remember
even the Desert Inn had $1 9/6 Jacks with a 1% cashback.
