Maybe his loveable personality is the reason the Tuscany dropped him so
quickly.

I found this news item about the Gallagher show:
Nationally recognized comedian Gallagher's Memorial Day weekend shows
came to a smashing halt in Laughlin.
According to Riverside Resort and Casino Entertainment Operations
Manager Scott Babcock, Gallagher physically assaulted a California man
who was purchasing a cocktail during the second performance Thursday
night.
"He felt that a cocktail waitress interfered with his show and that's
just not the case," said Babcock. "That's what he is blaming it on."
Babcock said that Gallagher quit after talking with hotel officials and
so the rest of the shows had to be cancelled.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department was called out and Officer Bill
Cassell said the preliminary investigation has concluded.
"A police report was taken for battery which named Gallagher as the
suspect," said Cassell.
Gallagher's camp was unavailable for comment.
