I haven't seen a current list of LV birthday offers lately, but South Point still has 2500 points anytime in your birthday month after earning one point.
I also got some free food during my birthday month at Gold Coast, Orleans and Suncoast. Swipe at kiosk. Don't know if these are for everyone with a players card or not. Check with slot club.
