Binion's Inventory

A trusted scout braved the rain this afternoon to visit
Binion's Horseshoe and filed this report:

Binion's Horseshoe Casino was very busy this afternoon with
more than half of the machines being played. Few seats were
available at table games. I didn't see any new machines.
Some of the old ones have been removed. There are no longer
any machines upstairs.

The old slot cards still work. I have $12 in cash available
from the old system. It shows as 12,000 points on the card
reader. Slot club representative said that comps accrued
under the old system are lost but old cashback balance is
available. She said the new system will accrue cash and
comps "just like before".

As DDS already reported, some of the 25c triple plays with
10/7 double bonus are still there in their old location
between the slot club and the west cashier. I counted ten
uprights, no slant-tops. Eight are in a bank by themselves
and two more are in a nearby bank.

Here's the inventory of everything I found:

10/7 DB (100.1%)----
(10) 25c (3 Play) MG uprights between slot club and west
cashier

NSUD (99.7%)----
several 25c uprights scattered throughout the casino
(8) 25c/50c/$1 MG uprights near west cashier
(8) 25c/50c/$1 MG uprights near Big Wheel
(5) $1 (3 Play) MG uprights near east cashier

9/6 JoB (99.5%)----
(3) MG uprights near east cashier
(10) 25c (3 Play) MG uprights between slot club and west
cashier
(4) 25c/50c/$1 MG uprights near Big Wheel
(5) $1 (3 Play) MG uprights near east cashier

I shot craps there last night between 7:30pm and 9pm. The biggest
change I found were the attitudes of the dealers. Everyone wanted to
shake hands and introduce themselves. Was a far cry from the crabby
attitudes that existed under the old owners. BTW, the craps odds are
now at 3x 4x and 5x. They have changed the chips also so anyone that
collects might want to get down there and get some nice chips before
they get too worn. I did check the triple plays to make sure they
were not downgraded and they were unchanged AND available to play as
there were only a couple players on them. Does anyone else know of a
major casino that has 10/7 DB triple play? My regular stops don't
have them.
