Biloxi Update

Just spent 2 days in Biloxi on a work assignment and I have a few
database updates:

COPA
Just want to confirm that there ARE FP Deuces progressives at the
upstairs Show bar. I counted 5 machines (beware some machines have
NSU). I didn't see any FP Deuces on the downstairs bar. Upstairs
bar also has 16/11 Dbl Deuces as well as 9/6 JOB Progressive. Also
add (1) 100 Play 1c, 2c, 5c machine with FP 2P Joker, 9/7 Triple
Double Bonus & 8/5 Super Aces. Cash back on this machine is set at
$5 a point making it only 0.25%. I saw the 50c Jokers but not the $1
Jokers BUT I wasn't really looking for them.

IMPERIAL PALACE
There are a hand full of 25c JOB at the front left of the casino (as
you enter). These are old Player's Edge machines with double up
option enabled and you need to hit Max Credits on the redraw.
Amazingly slow. 50c JOB is there as reported. Some of the 3/5 Play
5c JOB are still 9/6. These are at the front right of the casino
(middle/left machines in a row of 10). I counted 4 machines. There
are also 9/7 DB 25c machines and $1 machines scattered around the
casino. There is one 3/5 Play 5c, 25c, 50c 9/6 JOB machine in a
group of four as earlier reported. I was there on quad points day
and saw a team of pros hitting it all day.

PRESIDENT
The only 3/5 Play JOB I spotted were by the single good 50-Play. All
these machines had 8/5 JOB not 9/6. There was no NSUD on them either
(only 13/4/3/2/1 rubbish, Butt Ugly Deuces??). There are 25c 9/6
Progressives at the upstairs bar BUT they have no bill feeders. In a
town with pretty good VP, why bother? There was also plenty of old
25c 8/5 BP scattered around. The only real play at President is the
one 50-Play 5c NSUD machine (a very good play with 1% Cash Back!).
This casino is really pretty run down. I think it is the El Cortez
of Biloxi!

Cheers

Thanks for the update, Lucky Lucy and I hit the Gulf Coast every
winter for a little fun and games -- but mainly to get out of the
midwest cold weather. The President has not changed for the past four
or five years we have been going there -- same old worn out beat up
machines. They used to let us park our RV next to the Gulf and we
would spend 3 or 4 days gambling and pigging out on crawfish -- comps
are good. However, the past two years we could not park there but had
to go across the highway to their hotel, still a nice place to dry
camp but not like being right on the water. They said city fathers
banned overnight parking in casino parking lots.

Our favorite place on the Gulf to hang out is Casino Magic at Bay St
Louis (no ban on overnight parking and they also have a great RV
park). Not a lot of full pay machines but great facilities and the
buffet is excellent.

Rick (patiently waiting for cold weather so we can head south again)
