Bill's VP is Dead

Went to Bill's Gambling Hall, formerly Barbary Coast. VP is
decimated. All Deuces are 75/50/20/15/10/5. No NSUD to be found. RIP.

That took longer than I thought. I figured that they were gone on the
re-open, but that paytable is worse than I thought (was expecting
Colorado deuces, not go f-yourself deuces). -Russ

Everyone plays them in Atlantic City, so I'm sure they'll find some tourist's to play them in Las Vegas.
