Can you tell me how you've determined the variance of MS is equal to a single
line game of the same amount? I enjoy MS, but the variance to me seems sky
high. I've literally lost at $1 MS where I couldn't shove the bills in fast
enough. I've lost $100 in 30 seconds where I had 5 hands and never climbed up a
level. At least in single line or 3 play JOB, I can usually sit down and have a
drink in between feeding the machines.

the variance of multistrike is actually quite modest -- very likely in
the neighborhood of the same total wager placed on the equivalent
single-line game.
